I am a SWF looking to purchase a home. I need some financial help and am running into brick wall after brick wall. MN does not currently offer any first time buyer help and most of the grants I can locate are for single mothers, disabled, homeless, jobless, recovering addicts, etc...
I have worked non-profit for most of my career life and am employed. I am a student at the Univerisity when I can afford to go but my options are limited due to the non-profit work I do. If I could manage to purchase a home, I would do PT massage therapy from there so it maybe could be said that the home purchase is part business.
Does anyone know of grants for folks such as myself or how to get a hold of a generous philanthropist? :)
